Another profitable year, and a demanding one. The 2011-12 financial year fully tested our understanding of our markets and the ability to grow our businesses. Throughout it all, we continued to follow our proven business model. Because of this, 2011-12 was our 24th consecutive year of profit for the Emirates Group, and the best year ever for dnata.
