Wings is a respected business in the South African market and continues to win new business.
Wings Inflight Services became part of the dnata family on 15th December 2011 when dnata acquired a 50% interest in the company (the remaining 50% is held by Mentor Africa Limited and management).
The Wings business was founded in 2009 and currently employs 200 staff across the two airports, providing catering services to a number of airline customers including British Airways, Singapore Airlines, Emirates and Thai Airways.
During the 2011/12 financial year, Wings sent some 2,200,000 meals into the skies.
