Marhaba is a premium meet-and-greet service which serves more than 320,000 travellers a year at Dubai International Airport’s three terminals.
Marhaba, which means ‘welcome’ in Arabic, reflects the warmth and hospitality shown to clients who are eased through the departure and arrival processes.
Drawn from a variety of nationalities and cultures, Marhaba agents – who are easily identified by bright yellow jackets - are multilingual and experienced in catering to the different needs of tourists, families, VIP passengers and corporate business clients.
Staff can provide speedy clearance through check-in, security and immigration formalities and can arrange visa collection and delivery on behalf of the Department of Naturalisation and Residency, while customers who opt for the Diamond Service can enjoy additional facilities, such as Marhaba Lounge access and porter services.
Marhaba, which is operated by Dnata and was launched in 1991, also has it own premium-class lounge, open to all its customers 24/7, regardless of class of travel.
In addition, passengers in transit for more than eight hours can visit Dubai with its CityStop package, which provides a 96-hour visa, hotel accommodation and ground transfers.
All services are available to cash customers, while companies with employees who regularly travel through the airport can take advantage of Marhaba’s Corporate Membership scheme.
