Dnata is the largest and most successful supplier of air travel services in the Middle East, dedicated to meeting a diverse range of client requirements.
Wholly-owned by the Government of Dubai, it was established in 1959 with just five staff providing ground handling services at the newly opened Dubai International Airport.
Dnata's phenomenal growth has seen it develop a wide range of interests in the travel industry - both in the UAE and overseas – and now it has a portfolio of more than 30 brands operating under the Dnata banner.
The core service in its Airport Operations division is ground handling and Dnata is the sole agent at Dubai International Airport, and has a growing presence in foreign markets.
Dnata also incorporates three other divisions – Dnata Travel Services, Dnata Cargo and Dnata International, which is a collection of joint venture ground handling operations working under the Dnata brand across the world.
Dnata Travel Services meets the travel requirements of the public and the travel industry with retail and wholesale products, while Dnata Cargo is a freight management specialist which has helped establish Dubai as a global hub for cargo.
