Congress Solutions International’s primary field of expertise is organising events that target audiences of specific importance to the Middle East.
It is a full-service Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) that has helped establish the UAE on the global congress map by capitalising on its rapidly growing role as a hub between Asia and Europe.
Congress Solutions International (CSI) offers local, regional and international expertise to a diverse range of organisations, from multinational firms aiming to strengthen an already established foothold in the region to small companies wishing to explore untapped markets.
CSI organises events from company, corporate or government meetings to exhibitions, product launches and fashion shows, and can accommodate anywhere between 200 and 100,000 guests.
Its in-house teams are equipped to provide market research and analysis, develop and design communication strategies and programme content, and ensure adequate publicity and attendance.
Supported by the Dubai Convention Bureau, Dubai’s Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing, the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, hotels and other related suppliers, CSI promotes the UAE, especially the capital Abu Dhabi, and the commercial capital Dubai, as conference and exhibition destinations.
CSI has also been appointed as the Official PCO of the prestigious Global Travel & Tourism Summit organised by the World Travel & Tourism Council, which Dubai hosted for the first time in April 2008.
Enlarging its footprint to include new international markets, CSI recently organised its first congress away from its home base in Dubai. The PCO’s global debut was a bi-annual dealer convention in Tenerife, Spain, organised on behalf of Kompas Holidays, Slovenia.
