                        <title>Emirates Group concludes successful National Service Career Fair participation</title>

                        <guid>https://www.theemiratesgroup.com/media-centre/emirates-group-concludes-successful-national-service-career-fair-participation/</guid><pp:caseid>631918</pp:caseid><description><![CDATA[<p style="margin-left:0px;"><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;"><strong>Dubai, UAE, 16 May 2024:</strong>&nbsp;The Emirates Group wrapped up its participation in the 2024 National Service Career Fair, having received&nbsp;nearly 1,500 applications from&nbsp;graduates across various career programmes.&nbsp;The Fair was held in Dubai at EXPO City from 13 - 15 May.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0px;"><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;">His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Education, visited the Emirates Group's interactive stand on day one of the fair as part of the official opening delegation and was given a tour by Manal Al Soori, Emirates' Senior Vice President, Human Resources Group Recruitment, showcasing the Emirates Group's self-service career portal as well as available vacancies and programmes. The Group's stand was also visited by His Excellency Sultan Al Neyadi, Minister of Youth and the first Arab to serve on the International Space Station.&nbsp;His Excellency Sultan Al Neyadi and Manal Al Soori discussed the emerging and unique roles offered by the organisation for graduates.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0px;"><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;">Hundreds of national service cadets, graduates,&nbsp;and young professionals&nbsp;visited the Emirates Group's stand throughout the three days of its participation to explore the various opportunities&nbsp;available,&nbsp;including the National Cadet Pilot Programme, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (AMEL) Scholarship Programme, National Graduate Training Programme, Graduate Outstation Programme, as well as roles across finance, human resources,&nbsp;and information technology.</span></p><p style="margin-left:0px;"><span style="margin:0px;padding:0px;">Through its presence at various career fairs, the Emirates Group aims to attract ambitious and enthusiastic Emirati talent as part of its ongoing recruitment drive to support its growing business requirements and expand its global operations. The Emirates Group’s recurring participation in the National Service Career Fair also solidifies its unwavering commitment to the UAE’s Emiratisation agenda,&nbsp;demonstrated by the&nbsp;inclusion of UAE Nationals from all academic stages in a range of positions across travel and tourism.
